Long-standing Chicago-based healthcare communication agency Goble &
Associates, Inc. (G&A) recently announced that it has bolstered its
interactive and digital marketing offerings by joining forces with JHG,
Inc., a full-service strategic digital marketing agency based in
Southern California.

In a deal that was finalized at the end of 2009, G&A and JHG will now
function under shared ownership but will continue to operate as
individual agencies, each with its own identity, brand equity, and
stable roster of clients. In essence, the two organizations—each with
established specialties and expertise—will influence and share in each
other’s success while being able to deliver more for their respective
clients.
G&A has been in business since 1982 and has been co-owned and managed by
principals Joe Kuchta and Mark Goble since 2001. Along the way, the
agency has experienced significant growth during their tenure, doubling
staff size (currently at 70) and tripling annual revenue ($18 million).
The pairing of the two agencies creates an organization that is likely
to be 100+ people with continued double-digit growth through 2010.
