ETC's BioMedical Division to introduce new BARA-MED Select monoplace hyperbaric chamber

Environmental Tectonics Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ETCC) ("ETC" or the "Company") today announced that its BioMedical Division will be exhibiting their new BARA-MED® Select monoplace hyperbaric chamber. This new chamber, which is an addition to ETC's monoplace line, includes an undercarriage gurney storage for optimized space usage and features a fourth-generation, automated computerized operating system for control and recordkeeping, a passive pressure relief mattress, SMOOTH-RIDE™, and an adjustable height gurney and computerized treatment protocols.

The BARA-MED® Select can be viewed at the 23rd Annual Symposium on Advanced Wound Care ("SAWC") 2010 WOUND CARE SYMPOSIUM, on April 17-19 in Orlando, at the Gaylord Palms Hotel and Convention Center.

ETC's hyperbaric chambers have a long history in wound treatment.  In 1987, we introduced a computer-based automated monoplace hyperbaric chamber. In 2003, we introduced "SMOOTH-RIDE"™ pressure-change technology. In 2006 we added a passive pressure relief mattress, with the ability to treat patients with sacral ulcers without the risk of wound deterioration. And now, in 2010, we are offering the Select model.

ETC's latest offering can be viewed at booth 330.
