Evening of Remembrance Memorial Services to be offered in Colma, Palo Alto and Hayward

Pathways Home Health & Hospice is offering Evening of Remembrance Memorial Services in Colma, Palo Alto and Hayward in May. Individuals and families who are grieving will find a place to remember, reflect and honor their lost loved ones. The Evening of Remembrance Memorial Services is non-denominational, and includes a short program with music, readings and support.

  • The Colma event will be held May 20, 2010, 6:30 - 8:00 pm, at The Tiffany Chapel at Cypress Lawn Funeral Home, 1370 El Camino Real, Colma, California, 94014.
  • The Palo Alto Evening of Remembrance will be May 26, 2010, 6:30 - 8:00 pm, at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Palo Alto, 505 E. Charleston Rd, Palo Alto, California, 94306.
  • The Hayward Evening of Remembrance will be held at 6:30 - 8:00 pm on May 27, 2010 at the Hayward Chapel of Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, California, 94544.
  • The Evening of Remembrance Memorial Services are open to the public and free of charge.

Individuals and families who are grieving and wish to remember their loved ones in a calm, supportive environment are encouraged to attend. To include a photo of your loved one in our video slide show, please email us a photo to [email protected] by May 7, 2010. The Evening of Remembrance program includes music, moments of reflection, readings, and the creation of a remembrance bouquet.
