Metabolic Research announces extension of distribution contract with General Nutrition

Metabolic Research, Inc. (OTC:MTBR) announced a one year extension of its exclusive distribution contract with General Nutrition Corporation ("GNC").

The extension is for exclusive domestic retail distribution of Metabolic's popular Stemulite™ Fitness Formula product. The exclusivity extension covers "brick and mortar" outlets nationally for any retailer with more than 9 locations. It also provides GNC exclusivity protection as to the addition of new internet merchant retailers.

Metabolic Research, Inc.
