- New Online Knowledge Hub Aims to Become Leading Forum for Malaria Researchers, Editors and Opinion Leaders
Elsevier, the world-leading publisher of scientific, technical and medical information products and services, today announced the launch of Malaria Nexus, Elsevier's Global Malaria Resource, http://www.malarianexus.com.
Malaria Nexus highlights the latest published research in Malaria, utilizing Elsevier's leading journals in Parasitology, Entomology and Tropical Medicine, including The Lancet(R), The Lancet Infectious Diseases, Transactions of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, and International Journal for Parasitology.
"The aim of Malaria Nexus is to be a comprehensive resource and hub of knowledge for malaria researchers worldwide" said Dale Seaton, Executive Publisher for Parasitology, at Elsevier. "As well as making our latest malaria publications free to download, we want to go beyond the article, and become a leading forum for discussion between researchers, editors and opinion leaders."
The site features interviews with key authors, who can expand on their highlighted published work, as well as editors of some of Elsevier's most prestigious journal titles. Active participation and feedback from interested parties is encouraged. Currently featuring article feeds from 13 journals, the site will include additional relevant journals over the coming months.
