Ralphs Grocery Company to offer seasonal flu vaccine at $25

Ralphs Grocery Company is making it easy and affordable for customers to stay healthy by getting seasonal flu immunizations early.

Beginning in August, flu vaccines will be administered by Ralphs Pharmacies' own Certified Immunizing Pharmacists for $25 per vaccine in 91 in-store pharmacies Ralphs operates throughout Southern California

This year, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends a flu shot for everyone over the age of six months. The 2010-2011 vaccine offers protection against three strains of flu, including H1N1. According to the CDC, a flu shot can reduce the chance of becoming infected by influenza by up to 70%.
