Seredor acquires South Florida-based operator of sleep diagnostic centers

Continucare Corporation (NYSE Amex: CNU) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Seredor Corporation has expanded its sleep center operations through the acquisition of a South Florida-based operator of sleep diagnostic centers. The acquired business currently operates two independent diagnostic testing facilities.

"This acquisition expands Seredor's presence in South Florida," said Richard C. Pfenniger, Jr., Continucare's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "We continue to believe that the sleep diagnostic center business possesses attractive growth prospects and are working diligently to further expand our activities in this area."
