Stem Cell Assurance, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SCLZ) announced today that the Company will be focusing on four business development initiatives – Lipo Rejuvenation Centers, Cellular Treatment Programs, Laboratory Science Investigations, and its Skincare Brand, Stem Cellutrition™.
The Company intends to open its first Lipo Rejuvenation Center – a pilot program -- where patients can undergo liposuction procedures and elect to have cosmetic fat transfer in a safe, friendly facility. In addition, the Company is exploring ways to become more active in providing Cellular Therapies (primarily using adult stem cells). The Company expects to identify certain Cosmetic/Aesthetic procedures where adipose (fat) derived stem cells would play a role in these treatments.
Stem Cell Assurance is actively seeking a location for a laboratory and additional office space which will enable the laboratory, once operational, to commence its adipose derived stem cell storage program. The Company intends to eventually expand the laboratory capabilities so that it may become more involved in the science and medical work needed to provide the Company with data, information, and possible Intellectual Property needed to differentiate Stem Cell Assurance from other companies in the stem cell sector.
Stem Cellutrition™, a wholly – owned subsidiary of the Company, has been slowly introducing its cosmetic skincare products. These plant stem cell-based facial creams and products are currently being sold online, as well as at industry conferences and tradeshows. Further sales strategies include a potential infomercial and the appointment of a brand director to oversee and implement an ambitious domestic and international marketing plan.
Mark Weinreb, CEO, stated, "It is important to identify our business and maintain a focused approach to our initiatives with respect to the planning and implementation of our programs. As our strategies evolve, we believe we will present a company that has novel and exciting programs that will help influence the adult stem cell field."
