AccentCare relocates corporate headquarters to Dallas

AccentCare, one of the nation's leaders in home healthcare, is relocating its corporate headquarters from Irvine, California, to Dallas, a move that will create more than 100 new jobs locally.  The company has signed a lease for nearly 33,000 square feet at Briargrove Place, a Class A property owned and managed by Crown Sterling Properties at 17855 N. Dallas Parkway, Dallas, 75287.  AccentCare, which is moving approximately ten people from California in addition to the more than 100 it will hire locally, will take occupancy of its new space on May 1st.

Brian Griggs and Tom Dyer, general partners, handled the transaction for Crown Sterling, while Steve Jarvie, executive vice president, Jones Lang LaSalle-Americas, Inc., represented AccentCare.

"This move provides new opportunities for growth and will enable AccentCare to continue delivering the compassionate, quality care for which we have been known since our founding more than ten years ago," said William "Biff" Comte, CEO of AccentCare.

"We welcome AccentCare to Texas and are excited to add them to the already impressive, and still growing, list of companies that have chosen to make the Dallas/Fort Worth region their home," said Mike Rosa, vice president of economic development, Dallas Regional Chamber.

"AccentCare will make an excellent addition to the vibrant North Texas economy, and we are especially proud that they selected one of our properties for their new corporate headquarters," said Tom Dyer, Crown Sterling Properties.

"We are thrilled to have AccentCare as a major tenant in Briargrove Place, which has now been selected as corporate headquarters for two companies," said Brian Griggs, Crown Sterling Properties.
