AbleNet announces acquisition of TeleConcepts

AbleNet announced today the acquisition of TeleConcepts, a company with over 25 years experience and success with direct telephone outreach. Their primary customer base includes professionals who serve the hard of hearing market. AbleNet sees this as an important part of meeting the full needs of individuals with disabilities.

TeleConcepts has a proven track record of developing telephone relationships that result in customer and business outcomes. This acquisition will allow TeleConcepts to leverage AbleNet's infrastructure to help fuel growth for both organizations.

"We see TeleConcepts as a key component of our corporate mission to serve persons with disabilities. TeleConcepts allows us to invest in the hard of hearing portion of the market," said AbleNet CEO Jennifer Thalhuber. "This acquisition will also help us expand our ability to reach our current customers and create awareness for new products and services even faster."

Marcy Walker, Vice-President and Co-Founder of TeleConcepts, agrees. "We've spent over 25 years building a business serving many clients including hearing aid dispensers and professionals, reaching out to people to make sure they get the benefits of the latest technology. By being part of the AbleNet family we will not only grow our existing business, but also be able to expand the types of business we can pursue."
