We want to help our members get on track as quickly as possible so we’ve done all of the work ahead of time to offer members weekly menu plans; new recipes each week and shopping lists to download giving them the tools they need for success.”
“We also want to help educate people on how to plan healthier meals for themselves and their families, Weigh it Up offers a menu planning option on the website so members can create their own weekly plans and choose recipes for themselves,” said Julie.
