The Doctors features Ellman's Pelleve Wrinkle Reduction System

The Pelleve™ Wrinkle Reduction System was featured in a live demonstration on The Doctors on November 17th. Top dermatologist Dr. Ava Shamban of Santa Monica, CA performed the treatment, giving the audience and viewers a first-hand look at how Pelleve works. The treatment produced noticeable results in under an hour—less time than it takes to watch the show.

A revolutionary, non-ablative skin tightening system, Pelleve uses radiofrequency to provide a virtually pain free wrinkle reduction treatment that feels like a warm, relaxing massage. Although it is designed for use over the entire face, Dr Shamban demonstrated how Pelleve is especially good for treating around the eyes, giving brows a lift. Pelleve works by slowly heating the deep layers of the skin, creating new collagen, plumping up wrinkles, firming and tightening skin. There is no downtime and results last up to six months.

The hosts on The Doctors called Pelleve an "extremely exciting" new technology and a good way to "recapture a bit of your youth." Dr. Shamban says that a benefit of the device is that it delivers instant results, and though three sessions may be needed, the results improve with each consecutive treatment as Pelleve continues to stimulate the growth of more collagen. In the program, the patient, Sharon, experienced a 2mm lift in her brows, as well as in her eyelids.
