Blogs examine leadership changes that may affect global health as Obama begins second term

"Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) returns to the subcommittee after a term away, while the subcommittee also gains new Democratic members Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-Fla.), and Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Tex.)," the blog adds (1/24).
