"The 'U.S. Government Engagement In Global Health: A Primer' provides basic information about global health challenges and a brief history of the evolving response from the U.S. government and the world"; "describes the U.S. agencies and programs involved in global health and the federal budget supporting these efforts, including regional and country breakouts"; and "explores how the U.S. engages with multilateral organizations, such as the World Health Organization and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria," the alert states (2/1).
