New issue of 'Global Fund News Flash' available online

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria has published Issue 15 of its newsletter, the "Global Fund News Flash." The issue features a story describing the Global Fund's new funding model, profiles tuberculosis expert Eliud Wandwalo, and reports that for the first time since 1999, "Ukraine saw a decrease in new cases of HIV" in 2012 (3/15).
