OGT provides insight into choice of NGS methods

Comparing and contrasting method suitability, the paper also examines the significant impact of data analysis, as well as time and cost considerations. OGT has written the whitepaper in response to a growing demand from within its customer base and the NGS community for a balanced and comprehensive guide to targeted resequencing strategies.
