BettrLife, Withings partner to jointly promote interactive mobile healthcare applications and products

Health and wellness technology leader BettrLife, and pioneer in consumer connected health devices Withings, have announced a business partnership to jointly promote their interactive mobile healthcare applications and products.

The partnership will allow for direct integration between BettrLife's suite of nutrition & activity tools and Withings state-of-the-art devices, including the Smart Body Analyzer wireless scale, Withings Pulse activity tracker, and Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor. Data captured from the Withings devices will seamlessly flow into BettrLife's comprehensive nutrition, activity and biometric logging platform where data can then be securely monitored by a healthcare provider via the HealthCoach Dashboard, allowing for two-way interaction and engagement with patients.

"This partnership expands BettrLife's ecosystem to include some of the most innovative connected devices on the market today," said BettrLife CEO, Don Schoen. "Data from Withings devices will increase overall patient engagement with the BettrLife system, ultimately leading to more positive outcomes for both patients and providers."

"Partnering with BettrLife will allow Withings to be more present in the healthcare space and reach a broader diversity of consumers & patients who can benefit from our products," said Withings President, Philippe Schwartz.

The combined technology will be exhibited live at the upcoming HIMSS 2014 Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida. Withings and BettrLife are joint sponsors in the Intelligent Hospital Pavilion where live actors will demonstrate the powerful capabilities of connected mobile health technology in both the clinical and home setting.
