BenefitMall bags bronze Stevie Award for website HealthcareExchange.com

BenefitMall®, the leading provider of employee benefit, human resources (HR), and payroll products and services, today announced it won the bronze Stevie Award in the 2014 American Business Awards for its website HealthcareExchange.com.

BenefitMall announced its new design for HealthcareExchange.com in June. The premiere online community, and news platform, is focused on educating and supporting brokers, carrier partners and business owners through thought leadership from industry experts on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the ever-changing insurance market.

In addition to archived content, the site includes a comprehensive healthcare reform timeline with interactive resources and information detailing the past, present and predicted future of what healthcare reform will mean for the insurance industry and small businesses.

The Stevie Awards were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. Their mission is to raise the profile of exemplary organizations and individuals among the press, the business community and the general public.

"We are so honored to have won a bronze Stevie Award for HealthcareExchange.com," said Michael Gomes, senior vice president of government and carrier relations of BenefitMall. "This recognition further exemplifies BenefitMall's commitment to addressing and educating our trusted advisors, brokers, accounting professionals and small business owners on the ever-changing climate of Health Care Reform."

The American Business Awards are the nation's premier business awards program in the United States. Nominations were accepted from organizations of all sizes. This year there were a wide range of categories, including Banking and Financial Services, Computer Hardware, Services and Software, Consumer Products, Electronics and Manufacturing, Energy, Food & Beverage and Hospitality & Leisure, Health Products & Services, and Insurance.

The awards were presented at the American Business Awards' new product and tech awards ceremony on September 12 in San Francisco.
