Mirixa integrates with PrescribeWellness

Mirixa Corporation, the leading provider of Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and other pharmacist-delivered patient care services for health plans, announces their integration with PrescribeWellness, the SaaS Company with a cloud-based platform that delivers efficient patient communications and other services to community pharmacists.

Mirixa's pharmacy partners are uniquely positioned to engage with their patients and prescribers to drive quality outcomes through the provision of MTM, Star Rating interventions, and other medication management services. "We are thrilled to announce our integration partnership with PrescribeWellness, an innovator in medication synchronization technology, which will allow pharmacy, through single sign on capabilities, to link directly to patient care opportunities in the MirixaPro℠ platform," states Kim Swiger, RPh, Mirixa's Vice President of Clinical Product Marketing. "This integration provides great opportunities for our pharmacy and payer partners."

PrescribeWellness continues to develop software and services to streamline workflow for pharmacists, making it easier for them to implement clinical services in their practice. The new integration with Mirixa now allows pharmacists to manage their MTM and other opportunities in the same tool they are using to manage their medication synchronization services. By utilizing the same tools, the processes of scheduling, and performing services for their patients are made easier.

"CMR completions are increasingly important to improved quality metrics and patient outcomes," stated Al Babbington President and Co-Founder of PrescribeWellness, "We are excited to partner with a leader in the industry to help independent pharmacies across the nation complete a higher percentage of their opportunities with reduced effort."
