RMANJ acquires IVF New Jersey

Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey ("RMANJ"), a world-renowned leader in the field of infertility, today announced the strategic acquisition of IVF New Jersey Fertility and Gynecology Center ("IVF New Jersey"), one of the largest fertility centers in New Jersey. The acquisition is a unique opportunity to combine two teams of passionate physicians, nurses, researchers, and staff who are dedicated to helping individuals, who face infertility, have healthy families. Financial terms and timelines of the acquisition were not disclosed.

"Like the RMANJ brand, IVF New Jersey has been synonymous with quality infertility care and excellent IVF delivery rates for many years," said Dr. Richard Scott, MD, FACOG, ALD/HCLD, a founding partner at RMANJ. "Both patients and referring providers will benefit from this acquisition by increased access to best-in-class technologies like CCS and cutting-edge fertility procedures, plus more choices in appointment hours and locations," added Dr. Scott.

"When Michael Darder, MD and I founded IVF New Jersey in 1990, our mission was to offer patients the best possible infertility care," said Susan Treiser, MD, PhD, a founding partner at IVF New Jersey. "As members of the RMANJ team, that mission remains the same. Our patients will have greater access to the highest quality and most personalized care. We're very proud of our past and truly excited for the future."

Dr. Paul Bergh, a founding partner at RMANJ offered, "We're honored to have Drs. Darder, Treiser, Yih, Jurema, Rauch, and Doherty join the RMANJ physician team. Now with 21 providers, patients from Englewood to Eatontown and Hoboken to Hamilton will have the largest choice of physicians of any fertility program in New Jersey."

IVF New Jersey has several locations throughout the state including Somerset, Freehold, Hamilton, and Short Hills that provide services in all areas of fertility diagnosis and treatment. As part of the acquisition, IVF New Jersey's facilities will be fully incorporated into RMANJ's operations which currently include seven locations across the state; Englewood, Morristown, West Orange, Summit, Somerset, Basking Ridge, and Eatontown.

With IVF delivery rates above 60 percent, nearly 20 percent higher than the national average, RMANJ supports hopeful patients with the widest range of services including in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg donation, gestational surrogacy, comprehensive chromosome screening (CCS), pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), fertility preservation services, acupuncture, yoga and patient-to-patient networking.
