Mölnlycke Health Care selects Mindtree to improve SAP application management

Partnership to Enable Faster Time to Market by Adopting Lean IT Practices

Mindtree, a leading digital transformation and technology services company, today announced that it has been selected by Mölnlycke Health Care, a world-leading provider of single-use surgical and wound care solutions, to enhance business efficiency using the SAP application suite. This will help Mölnlycke Health Care optimize the time to market of its products.

Mindtree will help drive strategic transformational programs for Mölnlycke by implementing lean IT practices to further improve efficiencies. This will result in cost effective delivery globally, on a single service management platform.

The program spans across 32 countries and 7,500 employees of Mölnlycke, creating a strong and uniform IT governance structure resulting in enhanced visibility across all departments. As part of this engagement, Mindtree will develop and manage several SAP modules ranging from advanced planning and optimization, material management, sales, distribution to finance. Mindtree will also focus on standardizing workflows and streamlining operational processes, leading to constant innovation, cost effective delivery and flexible solutions.
