    Dear Prof Hajek, you talk about "a slower and lower nicotine delivery device". Vapers and smokers self-titrate their nicotine intake. If a vaper needs a quick and high nicotine hit he/she will use a strong liquid and inhale deeply in the lungs. Just like a smoker.
    Have you ever tried a 36mg nicotine per milliliter liquid? Or a 150 Watt mod?
