Had it last night, out of body experience, sheer terror and a translucent long fingered hand motioning me to come to it through the gap in the open door.  I fought it and eventually came to in my bed. It was terrifying but I've sleep paralysis before and was aware this was happening. I put some music on and went back to sleep. Sort of half way between sleep and waking.
