1. Adenotansillar hypertrophy?

    What is really the cause of Adenotansillar hypertrophy? I have a kid of 5 years whose problem is that of breathing espeacially at night, I did vist a ENT doctor who advised a surgery and then went to another ENT who said noway he will out grow it but I feel he is no comfortable during his nights please advise.
