You can treat with an anti-seizure med and that helps come people. TN, ON, GN, PN... painful disorders. The fact that the most painful disorder in the world, which makes every of other pain a 3 in comparison not being on the list... just makes the entire list invalid and makes me wonder if the author has made up creditials or just finished at the bottom of the class in med school.
