From the Netherlands: About our Dutch goverment; there is a huge difference between 2000 and > 2010 . Because the impact of the crisis and the current goverment decisions makes the frexibility to switch from job much more difficult. Contracts for less then a year are usual nowadays and 'stimulated' by the goverment; 'makes the employees more flexible and endlarge their knowledge (they say)'. What they don't say is 'if you get unemployeed you have created your own problem'. But about health, indeed something we have to take care of with our companies & our selves. It is always your own health !
