    Becerra is not eligible to run for Attorney General. The only reason he's there now is because Brown appointed him to the position after it was vacated by Kamila Harris. There has been a civil lawsuit filed against him concerning his eligibility. He also put in his support for the weakest of the Republicans running for AG in the hopes that Republican will win the primaries because Bacerra doesn't stand a chance against  the strong Republican Candidate that is eligible and has won 100% of his cases and as the actual time in practice to run for AG. The Republican that Bacerra put in support for is under investigation.
