    Your article has me wondering if the healing clay found in Dominican Republic that is curing gangrene, horrendous diabetic wounds, and first degree burns, works because of the very high content of energized silica/quartz crystals.  (the mountain from where the clay comes from is 9% quartz.) The dead tissue is sucked out by the clay and is replaced by healthy tissue, skin and nerves in an amazingly short period of time.  Please email me for more details and pictures of before and after patients treated with this amzing clay.
