    It should be pointed out that the Braskey study published in the Journal of the NCI was one of the most poorly done studies ever and if anything pointed to the fact that low Omega 3 levels are a risk factor for prostate cancer. In addition it could be summarized that if you follow the advice of the NCI journal viz Omega 3's and cancer in general, you are more likely to get cancer!!!! Thank you National Cancer Institute!

    Finally I disagree with DR Meier that it is hard to know what to take Omega 3 wise and what doses etc.  Dr Bill Lands published his epidemiologic data years ago and it is in the NIH files. It is VERY SIMPLE to do a finger stick get a drop of blood and evaluate your critical Omega 6/3 levels.
