    I find this website extremely interesting and helpful. My Psychiatrist has recently said that I am a 'mental illness survivor'. I have been pretty ill (probably with a diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder. For the past 3 years I have been taking 5ml of Abilify aripiprazole and that is all, and I am stable on this dosage. I am very interested in the 'neuroplasticity of the brain as written about by Norman Doidge and others. I have also read most of Oliver Sacks work. I continue to want to read and gain as much information,knowledge and insight into my tendency towards psychosis unless I take an anti psychotic such as the Abilify which is an A-typical anti-psychotic. I work very well with my psychiatrist. Please keep informing me. Thank you
