    Has anyone done any research on the association of insulin and batten disease? Is there any proof to support the theory that an insulin problem may lead to forms of batten disease?

      There is no evidence, however my own experience in the treatment of my son for the last 10 years indicates to me that there is a direct relationship between Batten disease and liver, biliary and pancreatic function. In fact, I managed to control with a natural treatment almost 95% epileptic seizures mainly trying these organs without the use of chemical drugs.
