    As a Medical Device, Hearing Aides lack any significant technical data allowing an individual to determine which, if any, device can best return ones hearing capability to as close as "normal" possible for each level of hearing loss.
          In the USA, information available is more like that given "Living-room Furniture" as compared to that provided by other "Medical Equipment" needed to keep one as physically -- and mentally -- as well as possible.
