    This is obviously an Andrew Kolodny study which is unscientific and lacks sound scientific data. Andrew Kolodny has no expertise in the management of pain. There are and will always be individuals that require opioids for "around the clock" pain control. Those that think otherwise have not yet developed empathy for pain patients.
