I don't understand the opening comment if this article. Coming from a mother who list a son to hlhs, I can't begin to understand why any parent would not want the benefit of knowing that their child had something so deadly.  My son looked perfect on the outside and had only half a heart. Parents! Wise up! Knowledge is the key to fighting  CHD in newborns! For the sake of your Childs future, fund out if there is something you need to do to save your Childs life! If you don't and there is something wrong you will regret it for the rest of your life!
