    There they are, desperately pushing drugs again.  Today on the TV news I half-listened to yet another prescription drug ad -- touting something with a hard-to-spell name much less remember -- and along with the long list of side effects heard them say, "......even if you've never had heart failure before."  Yup, there's always a first time to get "heart failure."
