    hi doc,
    I am 26 yrs old. Last month my gynecologist taken e2 test on the 14th day and the level was 95 pg/ml. I didnt get pregnant and went again during the 2nd day of period with estrodial report and She told the value is very less and we can try IUI for the next cycle.
    We undergone a double IUI (on 24th & 25th Oct 19') and doctor told to take estrodial test again after second IUI and the value is 75 pg/ml less compared from the last month.
    Me and my husband are really down and we would like to know the reason for less estrodial level? And this will affect chances of pregnancy?
