Eggs love them but it have taken me long time to find out how commercial eggs create terrible pain in my upper arm muscle and shoulder only at night after 5-10 minutes in bed.Pain is so intensive sometimes I cried,could not turn or move arms from excruciating pain.What gave me a clue was when I was drafted for army they give us vaccine which was same pain lasted for 2 weeks.Poultry is fed with medicated pellets,most medications are derived from  fungus ,even if pellets are not medicated but they still fungal,then chickens concentrate that fungus in eggs.I keep my own chickens and feed them grain only no problem no pain eating their eggs.My question now is how many millions if not billions of people world wide are on pain killers ad useless medications when it is so easy just to remove offending foods??Also so many people get compensation paid from their employer insurance for bad back and other problems  when it is caused by wrong diet.Like in my  case I would get crippling back pain so often until I found out it was sugar and sweets crippling me.
