    I have been taking 6ooo iu for the past 3 years and just recently raised the dose to 10,000 iu in the past few months.  About a month ago i was taken to the emergency room and diagnosed with a renal infarct due to a blood clot.  I have been a very healthy 49 yr old up to this point.  My doctors have not found a reason why I had this blood clot.  I had an echo and a right heart cath and all came back fine.  I will be showing this study to my doctor.  Thank you.
