    Important to consider that a 10-fold decrease in neutralizing capacity doesn’t necessarily mean that the individuals are protected. Neutralizing titers in serum may be many times over that meaning that the weaker antibodies are still fully neutralizing at physiological concentrations. It also doesn’t take into account T cell mediated responses that may be important to overall protection. Still it’s important to be proactive in considering potential escape mechanisms and next gen vaccines. Thanks for the article!
