    Just awful. Basis has really been breaking ground, and I'm looking forward to seeing them succeed. It's absolutly criminal that some POS w/out a comparable product can swoop in and cause this kind of damage, hoping to force basis to increase the price of their technology so they can steal money from them in the form of royalties.

    Any idiot can see that's what's going on. I'll be very upset if the judicial system rules in favor BodyMedia. Basis is a startup. I'll also be upset if this seriously hurts them.

    Just In case it's confusing to anyone: BodyMedia is the bad guy.
