    This flys in the face of the CDC teen survey that shows cigarette smoking at it all time lowest point and started dropping when the FDA in 2009 started a lawsuit to ban e-cigarettes. With the recent CDC report saying more kids have used e-cigarettes, one has to put two and two together and realized e-cigarettes are stopping teenage smoking.
