    I have had unexplained pelvic floor pain for 12 years.I have been told it is in my head.I have finally found out what has caused it the pudenal nerve which is located at the bottom of the spine.It affects the whole pelvic floor.The Dr that has been treating women with this complaint is Professor Vancaillie at the Womens health and Research Institute of Australia www.whria.com.au  Forty per cent of women with this problem can be healed the rest at least can get relieve with a nerve block.Please contact the above clinic and find out for yourself
