    thanks for this article. I have been severely affected by shy bladder since I was 50 years old. I would like to know if the method you are talking about botox injections to keep the sphincter looser than usual. do you know if this practice is possible to be carried out in France or in Belgium ? I will talk to my urologist on my next visit. If you know people practicing it with whom I will be able to come into contact, I am very interested because my life with Shy Blader is an horror. I have test alpha-blockers with no success because my prostate is to fat. thanks for your help and sorry for my English
