    "Medical technology which would enable the blocking of IL-36 group of inflammatory proteins in patients with psoriasis is already widely available."  Care to elaborate?  It seems like this is the crux of the story and now I have to go search to find out exactly what sort of medical technology for this exists and what "widely available" really means.
