These lawsuits are frivolous.  They are political stunts prior to an election. The courts surely will throw out these suits, as states lack standing in federal court over the mandate issue.  The other requirements for states are covered by precedent.  Republicans are absolutely pathetic these days.  Everything is about winning elections, and there's no concern over general welfare.
