    I was diagnosed with FMH 10 years ago, I can say the seasons almost certainly are a major factor in my pain, noticing it more and more each year. Summer in UK ended, for last 3 weeks I could not leave the house and spent a lot of time in bed. I notice also that sleep is far more difficult. Summer time I suffer far less pain.
