    I'm a white female and I had this in '96 plus a blood staph infection. Not because I was dirty or a junky or any of the stereotypes. It's because not all cities have a needle exchange program. Dallas did not at the time. Ausitn does, where I live, but I'm not a junky anymore so I guess that's besides the fact. Like the System of Down Song - Prison- jail and ignoring the face people will do what they will do will cause deaths. No support for people who are sick will not stop- if people want to help, give them clean utensils to use and support programs to stop. Jail just gives you more drug connections. You can get more jail time for Marijuana than murder. Seriously? It's up to the communities to get educated and educate
