    The Feds classify marijuana as Class 1. That is why there is no trust or faith that the American public has with politicians. Opiates that they can't control are legal and are Class 2. Doctors can't say No to prescribing it although school kids are told to say No to drugs. FDA have to go after drug distributors and pharmacies because they can't control the doctors from prescribing it correctly. So you have opiates as a legally prescribed drug that is causing addition and diversion for sale. Cassify marijuana as illegal to possess as a federal law. Although, Marinol, is legal and prescribed. Marinol is the active ingredient of marijuana called THC.
