    Okay, what ARE the risk factors? How is a person stratified for risk of thrombosis or cardiac event? Why is it that people are not being screened for the known risk factors (which seem to be omitted from this current event summary)? How is risk for thrombosis diminished in this setting? How is risk for thrombosis increased in this setting? What are the factors affecting risk for thrombotic event?

    What did all of the thrombotic cases have in common? This is an observational study, one of the things that belongs in the discussion section is "what did all thrombosis cases have in common?", another should be "what did all non-thrombosis cases have in common?". What is the advantage of hiding this information from the reader? What is the explanation for children in grade school held to a higher journalistic standard than you?
