    Umm... do the donors know the leading HIV activist is in jail because she  walked in the 2007 demonstrations? Do they know any money that passes the generals greedy fists stays with the generals. They may also have HIV, but unlike the 50 million people they refuse to provide health care for, they are treated in Singapore. 240,000 with HIV, 2,000,000 homeless many more hungry, 4 million working in Thailand... Donors push for regime change...don't give aid to Hitler.. whoops I mean Pol Pot.. whoops I mean Der Clerk... whoops I really mean Than Shwe and the SPDC!
